Cancellation and Refund Requests

We understand that plans can change, and we are here to accommodate those changes. You can request a cancellation and a refund for any part of the Service not yet provided. Please be aware, however, that the following fees are non-refundable:

1. If the Service has already been provided at the time of payment.

2. If automatic renewals were not disabled before the expiration date, resulting in the Service being automatically renewed for an additional billing period.

If you receive a custom product that has defects or does not match the customer-approved proof, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at supports@Serenorch.com. Please note, we cannot replace or refund any orders reported after 30 days from the delivery date confirmed by our carriers.

Please do not return packages without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
