Subscriptions
Once an order under your subscription has been charged and processed, it unfortunately cannot be canceled. Our subscription orders are designed for same-day shipping, excluding weekends and holidays, and are immediately sent for fulfillment once entered into our system.
To help manage your subscription effectively, we send automated notifications about upcoming shipments to your email three days before the scheduled shipment date. This gives you a window to make any necessary adjustments to your order.
Please remember, to cancel your subscription effectively, you need to do so at least 12 hours before your next scheduled shipment.
If you receive an unwanted subscription order, it can be returned for a refund after delivery. Please contact our customer service team to begin the return process once you receive the shipment.
Any modifications you make to your subscription, such as edits, skips, or cancellations, only apply to future shipments. Orders that have already been processed prior to these changes will not be affected.
Please note that canceling your subscription needs to be done at least 12 hours before your next scheduled shipment to be effective. If you cancel within this timeframe, your next order may already be processed and en route.
We send upcoming shipment notifications via email three days prior to the scheduled shipment date. This reminder gives you the opportunity to make any last-minute adjustments before your order is finalized.
To make any adjustments to your subscription, simply log into your Serenorch account and select “Manage Subscription”. Here, you can choose to skip, gift your upcoming shipment, pause your subscription, or cancel it. For those with multiple subscriptions due to different delivery schedules or shipping addresses, remember you will need to apply these changes to each subscription separately.
Pausing your subscription temporarily halts it until the date you specify. It's important to note that once your subscription is reactivated, it will continue from that date, and your delivery cycle will begin anew with an immediate order.
You can set your subscription to recur every 2, 4, or 6 weeks. To ensure your new delivery frequency is applied, please click "skip" on your next order after making the update. Failure to do so will cause your next shipment to proceed under the old schedule.
Simply log into your Serenorch account, navigate to “Manage Subscription”, and then to the Payments tab where you should select “Update Payment Method”. You will receive a secure email with instructions on how to update your payment details.
For those using payment services like PayPal, make sure your payment information is updated directly in these applications first. Once done, go back to your customer portal, under the Payments tab, and select “Set To All Subscriptions” to apply these changes to all your subscriptions.
If your payment setup is through PayPal and you want to switch to a direct payment method such as directly entering a credit card, you'll need to cancel your current subscription and initiate a new order. This process will allow you to input your payment details directly during the checkout.
To update your shipping address, first log into your Serenorch account and navigate to “Manage Subscription”. Within your customer portal, on the main “Subscriptions” tab, locate the “Delivery Address” section. Clicking on this will bring up a pop-up window where you can enter your new shipping address. Remember, changes made to your account settings on the Serenorch website do not automatically update your subscription details. To ensure your subscription shipments go to the new address, you must make these changes directly in your subscription portal.

You can request to cancel your order through our team as long as it has not yet moved into the processing stage. Once processing begins, a shipping label is created and the order can no longer be canceled due to the expenses incurred. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer service team via email at supports@Serenorch.com. If cancellation is not possible, you can reach out to our customer service once you receive your order, and we will assist you with the return process.
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to an order after it has been placed. To avoid any potential issues, we highly encourage you to double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.
Great news! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $80 USD. Just make sure that your order subtotal reaches $80 after applying any discount codes and before taxes are added.
Keep in mind, if you apply a discount code and the subtotal drops below $80, the free shipping offer won't apply, and shipping charges will be added to your order.
If you're shopping with a currency other than USD, please check that your total converts to at least $80 USD to take advantage of our free shipping. We're excited to help you save on shipping so you can enjoy more of what you love!
Orders are eligible for a refund or return up to 30 days past the purchase date, applicable only to purchases made directly through Serenorch.com. Purchases from other authorized retailers must be returned or refunded directly through those retailers.
Please note, to qualify for a full order refund, all items must be returned, whether they are opened or unopened. If all items are not returned, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement for the missing items.

For returns within the US, a $5 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the return label cost. We do not refund shipping for orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided.
All original shipping fees are non-refundable once an order is marked as shipped, except in cases of lost, stolen, or missing orders.
We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. You may use the original packaging or alternative packaging for your return. Please ensure your return is shipped within 10-15 days of receiving your return label; returns shipped after this period will not qualify for a refund.
We only replace items that are defective or damaged beyond use. Our replacement policy applies only to items bought directly from www. Serenorch.com. For exchanges of the same item due to defects or damage, please contact us at supports@Serenorch.com to initiate the process.
For US: Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order at our warehouse. Standard shipping then takes 3-5 business days, though this may be extended due to carrier delays such as weather or other unforeseen issues. Once a package has left our facilities, we are not liable for any delays or damages incurred during transit.

How do I return my order?
Returns are accepted for orders placed on Serenorch.com within 30 days from the purchase date.

If you are having trouble logging in, try setting up an account using the email address you used for your orders. Ensure the email address linked to your account matches the email used for placing your order or managing your subscription. If there is a mismatch, please create a new account with the email address from your orders. This should sync your orders and subscriptions automatically upon login.
Discount codes are applicable only on one-time purchases unless stated otherwise. Items such as subscriptions, bundles, and other discounted products are not eligible for further discounts through code redemption.
To redeem your points, visit your rewards portal and select the promotion you wish to use from the rewards menu. Note that the codes generated will specify their applicability towards new subscriptions or recurring shipments.
Unfortunately, points are non-transferable between accounts. To maximize your benefits, we recommend using the same email address for all subscriptions and one-time purchases to accumulate all your points in one account.
